Finca Serena, in Montuïri, is one of the most charming estates in the interior of Mallorca: a 40-hectare rural property, surrounded by vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, built around an old 13th-century country house in the heart of the Pla de Mallorca. For a wedding at Finca Serena, a venue with such a distinctive character, LoMusic was responsible for the technical production and venue décor: a bespoke dance floor, a walkway leading to the altar, a DJ booth, and the lighting and sound system for the entire event.

The result was a celebration full of colour and character, in which every technical element was also designed to form part of the décor.

Ceremony: a walkway leading to the altar

For the ceremony, we set up a walkway leading up to the altar, which blended in with the estate’s surroundings and was designed to put the bride and groom in the spotlight during the most symbolic moment of the day.

Personalised dance floor: initials, flowers and flamingos

One of the most special features of this event was the dance floor. We personalised it with the couple’s initials and floral motifs, and incorporated two flamingos which added a splash of colour to the outdoor party. More than just a dance floor, it was a decorative feature in its own right, designed to give the party its own unique identity right from the very first dance.

DJ booth shaped like a Beetle

The DJ booth was another of the night’s highlights: a Beetle converted into a DJ booth. An original idea that added character to the dance floor and became one of the most talked-about features of the evening.

Dining room: curved lamp bases and fabric lamps

For dinner, we decorated the space with curved stands and fabric lampshades that added warmth, creating a cosy and tasteful atmosphere that contrasted with the energy of the party that followed.

Lighting and sound for the entire event

We round off the production by providing the lighting and sound for the entire event, from the ceremony to the reception, ensuring consistent sound quality and lighting throughout every space and at every stage of the wedding.

A production with plenty of character

As with every wedding at Finca Serena or any other venue, the aim was not to deal with the technical elements in isolation, but to design a cohesive whole: the dance floor, DJ booth, stage, lighting and sound all working together to reflect the couple’s personality.
