Since 1998, we have set up structures for all kinds of events, from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions with thousands of attendees. This track record enables us to work in any venue on the island – be it a country estate, an exhibition centre, a square or an open space – and to tailor each set-up to the venue’s specific characteristics and the event’s requirements.
We have our own technical team and equipment for every type of structure, so we take care of the entire process, from assembly to dismantling. Every installation is planned and checked with the utmost rigour, because the safety of the audience, the artists and the crew is our top priority.

What types of marquees and stages do you hire out for events in Mallorca?
We hire out Bedouin tents, clear marquees and stages for festivals, concerts and opening ceremonies, as well as raised platforms, dance floors and truss structures. Each set-up is tailored to the venue and the type of event, and can include sound, lighting and LED screens, all coordinated by our own technical team.
How much does it cost to hire a marquee or a stage for an event?
The price depends on the type of structure, its dimensions, the site, the roofing, access to the venue, and the time taken for assembly and dismantling. At LoMusic, we draw up a fixed-price quote once we’ve assessed your event, with transport and technical staff included, so that you know the final cost from the outset.
When is a Bedouin tent best, and when is a clear tent best?
The Bedouin-style marquee creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, ideal for dinners and celebrations at sunset. The transparent marquee offers views of the sky and the surrounding area and blends in better with gardens and country estates. We’ll advise you based on the venue, the style of the event and the time of year.
How far in advance should I book a marquee or a stage?
The sooner the better, especially during the peak wedding and festival season in Mallorca, when demand for marquees is high. Please get in touch as soon as you have a date and venue. For large events, it’s best to start planning several months in advance, and we’ll confirm availability.
Do you take care of putting the structure up and taking it down?
Yes. The set-up, pre-event technical check and dismantling are carried out by LoMusic’s own staff, who are also on hand during the event. We first design the layout in 3D and coordinate it with your venue and the other suppliers, to ensure everything is ready on time.
Can you install sound, lighting and screens on the same stage?
Yes, that’s standard practice. We produce the structure alongside sound, professional lighting, effects and LED screens, all coordinated by a single technical team. This means you avoid having to rely on multiple suppliers, and the entire set-up is designed and tested as a single unit.
Do they put up marquees and stages anywhere in Mallorca?
We work at country estates, hotels, squares, seafront promenades and other venues across the island. Before setting up, we assess the terrain, access and site conditions to suggest the most suitable structure for you. Tell us where your event will be held and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
