How much does it cost to produce an audiovisual event in Mallorca?
The cost of audiovisual production depends on the capacity, the venue, the equipment required, the editing time and the duration of the event. At LoMusic, we provide a fixed quote once we have reviewed your project, with technicians, editing and transport included, and no hidden costs.
What is the difference between audiovisual production and equipment hire?
For audiovisual production, LoMusic designs, sets up, operates and dismantles the sound, video and lighting for your event using its own technical team. With equipment hire, you simply receive the equipment and manage it yourself. If you’re unsure, we’ll advise you on the most suitable option for your event.
Can you set up video mapping and LED screens in any venue?
Yes, we install LED screens and video mapping at estates, hotels, squares, marquees and function rooms throughout Mallorca. Before the event, we assess the venue, the projection surface and the lighting and power requirements, and we’ll show you a 3D rendering so you can see the result.
Do you provide audiovisual services for businesses and conferences?
Yes. We provide sound, screens, lighting and technical recording services for conferences, conventions, product launches and gala dinners in Mallorca. We coordinate the audiovisual aspects with the event production team to ensure that speeches, videos and music follow the same script and that everything runs smoothly from the outset.
How far in advance should I book the audiovisual service?
For weddings and events during the peak season (April to October), we recommend contacting us three months in advance. For corporate events or smaller gatherings, three weeks is usually sufficient. The sooner you tell us about your project, the more time we’ll have to design and rehearse the production.

We’re here to help, with no obligation
